Domaine Du Hirtz is the first eco-tourism accommodation in Alsace, promoting sustainable practices throughout its operations. The hotel integrates disabled workers into service roles, supporting the local community while maintaining high service standards. Strong environmental commitments guide everything from energy use to locally sourced materials.

Accommodations

Guests can choose from 12 private lodges and 10 studio apartments, each offering total independence and diverse sizes for families or couples. The lodges accommodate 2 to 8 people, with spacious layouts and private entrances. Studio apartments provide cozy, self-contained spaces for two, all set within the natural Vosges landscape.

Dining & Entertainment

The on-site restaurant serves local flavors with seasonal menus, and every Thursday features Musical Thursday events with live performances and themed dinner nights. A coffee house on site and a bar complement the dining, with kids' meals and special diet menus available. Packed lunches and a vending machine with wine and champagne offer flexible options.

Spa & Wellness

The Nordic Spa offers thermorelaxation with a balneotherapy basin, indoor heated pool, sauna, and hot tub, plus massage and wellness center services. Guests can access the balneotherapy basin free from 7-9am and 6-7pm, with full spa access available for an extra fee. The spa is closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings, ensuring dedicated maintenance.

Situated at the crossroads of the Wine Road and Ridge Road, Domaine Du Hirtz provides direct access to hiking and cycling trails in the Vosges. Nearby attractions include Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons des Vosges and the main tourist sites of Hautes-Vosges. Proximity to major highways allows easy day trips to Germany and Switzerland.
